Police call him the rude bandit. Surveillance video shows him sticking his tongue out at a Schnucks surveillance camera in Eureka. Chesterfield Police say just before the tongue episode, the guy had used a gift card from a purse he had stolen. And that's not the only thing cops tell us he took from the purse.
This all actually happened a couple of weeks ago. But police have had no luck finding the suspect or some valuables from the purse. Now, they're hoping his rude move in front of the camera will prove to be his big problem."It is kind of funny. I mean we look at that and wonder what the heck is going through his mind, basically," explained Chesterfield Police Lieutenant Steve Lewis.
That question might never be answered. The more pressing question for Chesterfield cops- who is the guy? "I've not seen anybody show that kind of disrespect and contempt, so it's pretty funny," said Lewis.
